- I work and care for my 3 kids, two of whom have type 1 diabetes. I am married to a totally awesome man who is a total roller coaster fiend. I mother to a ballerina & two awesome roller derby kids! I do catering and professional baking on the side for people who are desperate and really need it, (and are cheap)!
